Divestorix is a digital platform that facilitates the knowledge and participation of people in crowdfunding projects linked to the real estate sector in Argentina. We operate under the Collective Financing Platforms regime registered with the National Securities Commission.
3. Investment risk
All investment involves risk. Published projects may not achieve the expected goals, may be delayed or may result in losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Before investing, read all project information and, if necessary, consult an independent advisor.
4. Registration and accuracy
To participate as an investor it is necessary to complete a registration process. Those who register declare that the information provided is truthful, complete and up to date.
5. Intellectual property
The contents of the Site (texts, images, trademarks, software) are owned by Divestorix or its licensors. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Divestorix does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Site. It will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, except where applicable law determines.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force will be the one published on this Site.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
