We collect identification data (name, surname, email, telephone), navigation data (cookies, IP, device identifiers) and, where applicable, data required to operate as an investor in projects published on the platform.
2. Purpose of processing
Data is processed for the purpose of sending information about real estate crowdlending opportunities, handling enquiries, complying with applicable legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering) and improving our services.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures, and compliance with legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV).
4. Retention
We retain data for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and while there are legal obligations that require it.
5. Disclosure and transfer
We do not share data with third parties unless required by law or strictly necessary for the provision of the service. Some providers may be located outside Argentina; in those cases we apply adequate safeguards.
6. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data by writing to contacto@divestorix.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information is the supervisory body in Argentina.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
